Project Coordinator (PMO)

About the role

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and the PMO to ensure that multiple projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to established processes. This role involves planning, tracking, reporting, and supporting the day‑to‑day execution of project activities across both Agile and Waterfall environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, tracking and delivery of several concurrent projects.
• Maintain project schedules, status reports and documentation.
• Track risks, issues, actions and dependencies.
• Organise project meetings, record minutes and follow‑up on decisions.
• Prepare dashboards and management reports for senior stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies and processes.
• Assist with budget, resource and vendor tracking as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO or project coordination roles.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, coordination and organisational abilities.
