Program Manager – Enterprise Transformation Delivery

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the delivery of enterprise‑wide transformation projects for a major bank, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and continuous performance improvement. You will act as the central point of coordination across business and IT teams, managing risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead initiation and delivery of assigned enterprise and transformation projects.
• Drive stakeholder management, aligning sponsors, cross‑functional teams and other stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks, issues and dependencies, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Review project status and milestones, resolve issues, and coordinate with business and IT project managers.
• Monitor progress to keep project objectives aligned with the bank’s overall strategy.
• Guide and support business and IT program managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and governance practices.

Required profile

• College degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Finance, IT or Industrial Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in program or project management.
• Ability to handle confidential information and communicate with senior leadership.
• Proficiency in assessing and adjusting project timelines and budgets.
• Capability to perform quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, documentation and presentations.
