Production Supervisor

About the role

The Production Supervisor will ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing of our products. This role involves troubleshooting production issues, overseeing daily operations, and leading a team of production staff to consistently meet output and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor machinery to ensure it is functional and safe.
• Verify that products and equipment comply with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and coordinate production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Track key performance metrics and implement improvements to boost efficiency.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on rotating shifts.
• Willingness to work on‑site in General Trias, Cavite.
