Production Supervisor (F&B Commissary)

About the role

The Production Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the food & beverage commissary, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role coordinates with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to meet production targets while upholding high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Ensure raw materials are available, equipment is operational, and staff follow standard operating procedures.
• Monitor production efficiency, adjust processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of production workers, providing clear task assignments and performance feedback.
• Provide training, support, and continuous improvement guidance to the workforce.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, fostering a safe work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in feed or food production.
• Proven experience in team management and production oversight.
• Ability to start immediately.
• Relevant professional license (e.g., Registered Engineer, Licensed Chemist, or other applicable PRC license).
