Production Specialist

About the role

The Production Specialist will lead the creation of photo and video content that supports our marketing and branding initiatives. Working closely with the marketing team, video producers and other stakeholders, you will manage the full production lifecycle from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop concepts, gather visual and audio references, and produce detailed production plans (shot lists, storyboards, schedules).
• Coordinate pre‑production logistics such as location scouting, talent casting and equipment rental.
• Act as the primary photographer on set, ensuring client briefs and pre‑production guidelines are met, and oversee lighting, camera setups and on‑set direction.
• Manage on‑set communication, troubleshoot issues quickly, and keep production on schedule.
• Post‑process photos to company and client standards; edit short‑form videos for social media using Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Collaborate with post‑production teams on audio integration, color grading and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and DaVinci Resolve.
• Lead project planning, resource allocation, schedule tracking and stakeholder updates.
• Participate in pitch presentations, preparing materials and communicating digital marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the end‑to‑end production process for photo and video content.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and resolve on‑set challenges.
• Interest in staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and best practices in creative operations.
