Product Specialist

About the role

Dr Reddy's is looking for a dynamic Product Specialist to drive demand for its oncology portfolio. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding product presence, and ensuring medicines are available to healthcare professionals in your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Generate demand for company products and meet assigned sales budgets.
• Drive sales performance, forecast accurately, and exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of market demographics and managed market information for the assigned territory.
• Secure product enlistment in accounts across the territory.
• Ensure comprehensive customer coverage and execute marketing activities according to strategy.
• Facilitate on‑time availability of medicines.
• Comply with all regulations related to interactions with healthcare professionals and sample distribution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• 3 to 5 years of sales experience in oncology.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Experience organizing and executing sales and marketing programs within a territory.
• Strong customer focus and ability to engage key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
