Product Manager – Platform Solutions for Agency Banking

About the role

The Product Manager will own and drive the development of platform solutions that enable agency banking partners to onboard customers and deliver services within agreed service levels. You will work across multiple digital channels such as microsites, APIs, digital stores and device ecosystems to ensure seamless, high‑performing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define business requirements and design the ideal customer journey for assigned platform solutions.
• Monitor platform performance and related product workflows, ensuring compliance with metrics such as availability, latency, transaction targets and approval rates.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., corporate communication, sales, marketing) to resolve production issues and communicate status updates per incident‑management standards.
• Analyze platform data to uncover opportunities for feature enhancements and capability upgrades.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, including business requirement documents, risk assessments, management standards and vendor contracts.
• Oversee periodic platform management activities (license renewals, stock top‑ups, vendor contract renewals) in line with bank policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer‑facing or financial services environments.
• Background in financial services or fintech, preferably in platform or product management.
