Product Designer – Packaging & Brand Experience

About the role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Product Designer to lead the development of original concepts across products, packaging, and brand experiences. The role focuses on turning brand direction into commercially viable designs while maintaining high visual storytelling standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts for products, packaging, and brand experiences that align with brand direction and enhance customer appeal.
• Create artwork, graphics, surface patterns, and packaging solutions informed by trends, insights, materials, and production techniques.
• Communicate ideas through high‑quality renderings, realistic mockups, presentations, and detailed technical documentation.
• Prepare specification sheets, technical drawings, and production‑ready design files for supplier quotation, sampling, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure design feasibility, review prototypes, and refine designs while preserving design integrity.
• Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Curiosity about materials, trends, and product innovation.
• Strong eye for design, detail, and craftsmanship.
• Good problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
• Capability to manage timelines without compromising output quality.
• Preferred background in Multimedia Arts, Industrial Design, Product Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or Architecture.
• Optional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D modeling/CAD, or design innovation workshops.
