Product Cost Management (PCM) Specialist

About the role

The Product Cost Management (PCM) Specialist will support Zenith Foods' financial health by managing product costing, variance analysis, and budgeting activities. This role works closely with supply‑chain teams to ensure accurate cost data and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform balance‑sheet reviews, account variance analysis, and standard costing.
• Handle transfer pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial advisory functions.
• Review significant variances on major profit & loss and balance‑sheet accounts.
• Participate in cross‑functional supply‑chain projects, providing financial impact insights.
• Gather, validate, and process data using financial analysis tools.
• Maintain historical and current financial data for budget preparation and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or equivalent ladderized program.
• Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
• Minimum 6 months experience in product costing within manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong background in profit & loss management.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Canlubang, Laguna.
