Procurement Specialist

About the role

The Procurement Specialist will lead sourcing initiatives across the Source‑to‑Contract (S2C) lifecycle, partnering with clients to develop category strategies, conduct supplier outreach, and negotiate contracts. The role blends hands‑on execution with advisory responsibilities, leveraging market intelligence and AI‑enabled tools to drive efficient, high‑value outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sourcing events (RFx, negotiations, award recommendations) and manage contract execution.
• Develop and support category strategies, roadmaps, and pipelines using market intelligence and financial analysis.
• Perform financial and commercial analyses of supplier proposals to shape negotiation tactics.
• Champion AI and digital tools to streamline workflows, improve reporting, and accelerate sourcing delivery.
• Contribute market‑intelligence content and thought‑leadership for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support business‑development activities such as contract assessments, due diligence, and case‑study preparation.
• Mentor junior team members in sourcing execution, stakeholder engagement, and AI literacy.
• Drive continuous improvement of procurement delivery models and supplier‑engagement approaches.
• Travel up to 50% to client locations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience); advanced degrees or certifications (CPSM, MCIPS) preferred.
• 5‑7 years of strategic sourcing, category management, or consulting experience.
• Fluent (C1/C2) Korean language proficiency.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%).
