Procurement Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Officer with at least five years of experience to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities in an international environment. The role involves sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and ensuring timely delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, from sourcing to purchase order processing.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to guarantee quality, cost efficiency, and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet business procurement needs.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate reports to support decision‑making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of procurement experience, preferably in shared services, multinational, manufacturing, retail, logistics, FMCG, or healthcare environments.
• Excellent English communication skills and confidence engaging with international stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work a day‑shift with a hybrid arrangement (five days per month onsite at Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).
