Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will support Airbus Helicopters Philippines by ensuring that all supplier relationships meet compliance standards and that required parts and services are delivered on time and with the expected quality. This role is central to the execution of maintenance projects and the overall supply chain performance.

Key responsibilities

• Verify supplier compliance with Airbus requirements and export control regulations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to control project implementation and profitability.
• Collect costing and availability data for spare parts and services across the Airbus Helicopters Group.
• Prepare and explain quotations, taking into account maintenance man‑hours, spare‑part costs, and service fees.
• Issue purchase orders, track order status, and follow up on undelivered items.
• Encode parts orders in the order‑monitoring database to compute on‑time delivery (OTD) and on‑time receipt (OTR) metrics.
• Manage supplier accreditation, renewals, and warranty claims.
• Gather and submit data required for export‑control compliance.

Required profile

• Professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply‑chain functions within an aviation or industrial environment.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to integrity.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, including sales and maintenance.
