Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will join our team in Pasig to oversee the end‑to‑end purchasing process. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on managing purchase orders, negotiating contracts, and applying analytical insights to drive effective procurement decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders from requisition through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Analyze procurement data to support strategic sourcing decisions.
• Monitor and oversee daily purchasing activities to maintain compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand material needs and forecast demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement processes and purchase order management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
