Procurement Officer

About the role
We are looking for a full-time Procurement Officer to join our team in Pasig. The role is on-site and focuses on managing the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring that the organization obtains the right goods and services at the best possible terms.
Key responsibilities
- Create, review and manage purchase orders from requisition to delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective solutions.
- Analyze procurement data to support decision-making and identify savings opportunities.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their material needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement processes.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
