Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to support the planning and coordination of our supply and material acquisition activities. The role works closely with the Procurement Manager and internal stakeholders to ensure that purchasing objectives are met efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating procurement work activities for supplies and materials.
• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager and relevant stakeholders to align procurement actions with business objectives.
• Manage procurement processes, including contractor accreditation and supplier evaluations, to ensure quality and cost‑effectiveness.
• Work with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Support negotiations and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and availability.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably with a Business degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in accounting software, preferably SAP.
