About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Officer to join our team in Pasig on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will play a key role in managing our purchasing activities, ensuring that all procurement processes are efficient, cost‑effective, and aligned with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Create, track, and manage purchase orders from initiation to delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best value.
- Analyze procurement data to support informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material needs and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities and supplier performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
