About the role

The Procurement Governance Assistant will support San Miguel Group by auditing and reviewing its procurement systems to ensure compliance and efficient operation. This role combines analytical oversight with process improvement to strengthen the organization’s procurement framework.

Key responsibilities

  • Verify that all established procurement policies and procedures are consistently applied.
  • Gather data and contribute to the design, formulation, and enhancement of procurement policies.
  • Drive automation initiatives and special projects that improve procurement efficiency and compliance.
  • Organize, codify, and implement procurement processes and related systems.

Required profile

  • College graduate, preferably in business, supply chain, engineering, or accountancy.
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in procurement and/or auditing.
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and project‑management capabilities.
