Procurement Experience Manager – APAC

About the role

The Procurement Experience Manager – APAC will lead the Regional Global Services (GS) Procurement Experience organisation, ensuring seamless support for Johnson & Johnson's Global Services, OneProcurement and broader business strategies across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of individual contributors and supervisors, conducting performance management and fostering development.
• Manage operational aspects such as workflow, performance metrics, compliance, and achievement of service level targets.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, legal and company policies throughout procurement processes.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and execute strategies that improve overall performance using market intelligence, risk assessments and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvements in user experience, effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support the development and implementation of automation and artificial intelligence initiatives within the procurement experience function.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key business partners and peers to proactively understand and influence their needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a team in a procurement or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, legal and corporate compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholder expectations.
• Experience with process improvement, automation or AI initiatives.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
