Procurement Executive – Sourcing & Vendor Management

About the role

The Procurement Executive supports business operations by sourcing goods and services, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring cost‑effective purchasing while maintaining quality and compliance. This role works closely with internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of materials and optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to achieve cost savings and align with budget targets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast purchasing needs and track order status.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, maintain accurate procurement records, and support audit processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements and support procurement system adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and organizational abilities.
