Procurement Excellence Associate Manager

About the role

The Procurement Excellence Associate Manager will lead the development and implementation of robust governance frameworks, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and drive process optimisation across the procurement function. This role supports operational needs while moving spend management towards strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enforce procurement governance frameworks, policies and procedures to achieve an audit‑free environment.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times and boost efficiency.
• Oversee tactical sourcing activities, ensuring cost‑effectiveness, quality and timely delivery while identifying opportunities to standardise spend.
• Establish and manage supplier relationship frameworks, including performance evaluation, risk assessment and collaboration initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation, digitalisation and project management.
• Background in procurement is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.
