Procurement Associate

About the role
The Procurement Associate will support the acquisition of materials, CAPEX/OPEX items and services for the organization. This position is based in Ugong, Pasig and requires a proactive approach to managing the procurement lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the end‑to‑end procurement process for assigned materials, capital and operational expenditures, and services.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define specifications and requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably 3‑5 years in purchasing, inventory, material or warehouse management.
- Willingness to work onsite in Ugong, Pasig.
