Procure to Pay Analyst (Spanish Speaker)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Procure to Pay (PTP) Analyst who is fluent in Spanish to support vendor master‑data management, invoice processing, payments and related financial operations. The role works closely with client teams to ensure timely invoice payment and efficient cycle times while adhering to established procedures and service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor master data: create, audit, and maintain vendor records.
• Receive, validate, sort and record invoices from multiple sources.
• Process invoices, handle exceptions, and ensure compliance.
• Execute payments, reconcile accounts, and support month‑end closing activities.
• Handle queries, risk management, travel & expense processing, and generate reporting/analytics.
• Maintain strong relationships with client personnel and meet SLA/OLA requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce invoice cycle time.
