Process Specialist, Client Account Data

About the role

The Process Specialist, Client Account Data ensures accurate and timely execution of client‑account data activities for ANZ Markets. Working within the Institutional division, you will support onboarding, trade processing, settlement and post‑trade operations by managing counterparty, account, SSI and SDI set‑ups across key systems.

Key responsibilities

• Execute client account data activities in line with defined procedures, policies and timelines.
• Set up, maintain and validate client, counterparty and settlement instruction data across CSS, Murex and Core Static platforms.
• Process SSI/SDI updates, ensuring required fields and validations are completed.
• Perform data quality checks, identify incomplete or inconsistent information and resolve or escalate issues.
• Investigate routine exceptions and support reconciliations and control checks as required.
• Respond to stakeholder queries within agreed turnaround times and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in client static data, reference data, client account data or markets/securities operations.
• Hands‑on experience with SSI/SDI setup, maintenance and validation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined timelines.
• Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction and issue escalation.
