Process Improvement Specialist

About the role

The Process Improvement Specialist will support the design, testing and rollout of kitchen systems, product procedures and operational standards across our restaurant network. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help drive store efficiency, product quality and overall operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve kitchen systems, product procedures, and restaurant processes.
• Evaluate supplies, equipment and tools to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Test and validate new or revised kitchen and product systems before implementation.
• Prepare and update operational manuals, guides and process documentation.
• Partner with training teams to roll out new systems and standards.
• Conduct store visits to monitor implementation, validate effectiveness and assess impact.
• Research workflows, production layouts and workstation efficiency.
• Analyze operational data such as product performance, utilization and sales trends to support decision‑making.
• Monitor key operational and business indicators and participate in continuous‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Experience in restaurant operations, food manufacturing, process improvement or systems development is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project coordination abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to conduct fieldwork and store visits.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig.
