PR & Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The PR & Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Manager in planning and executing PR, media relations, and digital marketing activities for Skechers Philippines. The role also handles day‑to‑day management of social media platforms and assists with general marketing operations across accounts and retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Manager in implementing PR and media‑relations campaigns, including writing, proofing, and uploading press releases, blogs, and social media captions.
• Organise and run PR and marketing events, liaise with press contacts, and generate coverage.
• Create, analyse, and evaluate PR coverage and coordinate with digital PR influencers.
• Manage and update Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube with engaging content.
• Execute digital campaigns to drive retail traffic and analyse performance of co‑op and Skechers digital campaigns.
• Handle media and influencer tasks such as shipping press materials and seedings.
• Monitor industry news and competitor activity, continuously generating ideas for the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate with accounts and suppliers for marketing activities and collateral production.
• Maintain daily communication with US HQ Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams.
• Prepare presentations (primarily PowerPoint) and monthly marketing reports for US HQ.
• Support event organisation, seasonal showroom and retail visual updates for franchisees and wholesalers.
• Assist with daily business operations of the marketing department.
