Power Platform Developer – Automation & .Net Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior Power Platform Developer to design, build, and maintain .Net and Power Platform applications that automate business processes. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams across marketing, engineering, and technical support to streamline operations and improve efficiency. This position is based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Ensure quality solutions by implementing processes and standards.
• Manage the software delivery cycle for web and automation projects, including planning, design, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Provide day‑to‑day system and maintenance support to PMO SharePoint and Power Platform applications.
• Administer SharePoint (create site collections, subsites, lists) and develop custom applications, forms, reports, dashboards, and integrations with Microsoft 365.
• Deliver data analytics functions: data gathering, processing, report and dashboard building, and analysis.
• Enable data management in Power BI and administer ETL processes within the data architecture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience overseeing projects and client management.
• Strong drive for results, passion for delivering solutions, and ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to process data efficiently, generate high‑quality reports, and present findings.
