Plant Finance Controlling Lead

About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Plant Finance Controlling Lead and partner with the Plant Director and leadership team to ensure financial integrity and performance of the plant. You will drive forecasting, cost management and strategic financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finance planning, strategic and annual contract forecasting, target setting, performance reporting, analysis and financial modeling.
• Own data collection, verify data integrity and maintain accurate financial records.
• Ensure strong controls, compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide senior managers with critical financial insights to support business strategies.
• Lead efficiency projects, promote continuous improvement and enhance ways of working.
• Contribute to a high‑performing finance team, mentor peers and drive the finance talent agenda.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in supply‑chain finance.
• University degree required; higher education a plus.
• Willingness to tour the plant, collaborate on cost‑control initiatives and work in a hybrid setup.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP Costing processes (price updates, BOM & activity rates maintenance).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Financial modeling and performance‑management expertise.
