Phone Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Phone Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team on a part‑time basis. You will research prospective clients, make outbound calls, and nurture relationships to drive sales results.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct online research using Google, ChatGPT and other tools to generate qualified leads.
• Organise and maintain lead data in Google Sheets.
• Make professional outbound sales calls to potential customers.
• Engage prospects to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication.
• Track performance and report on sales and lead‑generation metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in phone sales or lead generation.
• Excellent phone etiquette, communication and persuasion abilities.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Required skills

• Google Sheets for data organisation.
• ChatGPT for research assistance.
