Pharmacist – SHEQ Associate (Apalit, Pampanga)

About the role

The SHEQ Associate (Pharmacist) will lead analytical services and laboratory activities for medicinal gases, ensuring safety, compliance and timely delivery to customers. The role also supports on‑site SHEQ programs and acts as the deputy local vigilance officer for pharmacovigilance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sampling, testing and validation of medicinal gas specifications from production to customer release.
• Act as Deputy Local Vigilance Officer (dLVO) to ensure pharmacovigilance compliance.
• Support implementation of on‑site SHEQ directives and programs.
• Serve as Qualified Person for Medical Products at the site.
• Maintain site licences by liaising with regulatory authorities.
• Prepare required reports, documents and records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) and a valid pharmacist licence.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as FDA, DTI and DOH.
• Experience in manufacturing and quality‑control laboratory environments.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and FDA compliance.
• Ability to handle FDA registrations, renewals and permits.
