Pharmacist – Retail Pharmacy (SM City North EDSA)

About the role

The pharmacy is seeking a qualified pharmacist to manage dispensing, inventory, and customer service in a busy retail environment. You will ensure product quality, support sales initiatives, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescribed products and provide clear usage instructions to patients.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor batch numbers, expiration dates, and product condition.
• Store medicines according to temperature, FIFO, and display requirements.
• Replenish stock and request orders to meet minimum inventory levels.
• Perform cashier duties, prepare cash deposits, and generate sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
• Assist in telemarketing, text blasting, and promotional campaigns to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the branch manager to meet sales goals and uphold brand image.
• Provide patient education on product use and post‑treatment instructions.
• Greet guests and support reception activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• 1–2 years of experience in a community pharmacy is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Knowledge of pharmacy inventory management and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to communicate product information clearly to patients.
• Cash handling and basic sales reporting.
