Pharmacist Operations Manager

About the role

The Pharmacist Operations Manager will lead daily pharmacy activities at Detoxicare Philippines, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical products. Based in Mandaluyong, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with medical, commercial, and logistics teams to support the company’s mission of improving patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, dispensing processes, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other quality guidelines.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all pharmacy operations.
• Support internal and external audits, preparing documentation and corrective actions.
• Track operational performance metrics and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Valid Pharmacist license with professional pharmacy expertise.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, local health laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to make data‑driven decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
