Pet Fence Installation Technician

About the role

Invisible Fence® Brand is seeking a dedicated Technician to install and service pet fence solutions at customers' homes. You will work directly with pet owners, ensuring safe and reliable installations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install Invisible Fence® pet solutions at residential locations.
• Set up, operate, and maintain all installation equipment.
• Keep company vehicles and tools clean and in good working order.
• Train pets to use the installed fence system effectively.
• Provide clear explanations and design layouts with customers.
• Collect referrals, endorsements, and complete required paperwork.
• Handle payments and submit serial numbers to the Field Service Specialist.
• Maintain inventory levels in service vehicles and report any issues.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently in residential settings and follow company procedures.
• Good driving record and willingness to travel between job sites.
• Attention to detail and commitment to leaving homes clean and tidy.

Required skills

• Operation of basic machinery and installation equipment.
• Use of the Blue Rover system for documentation and inventory.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance of installed equipment.
