Personal Trainer

About the role

DERCA Group of Companies, Inc., a franchisee of Anytime Fitness, is seeking energetic Personal Trainers to join its gyms in Metro Manila, Cavite and Pampanga. You will guide new and existing members through personalized fitness journeys, from initial assessments to ongoing coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fitness consultations, pre‑participation screenings, medical history reviews and goal‑setting interviews.
• Design individualized exercise programs aligned with each member’s objectives.
• Monitor and correct exercise technique during one‑on‑one sessions.
• Lead safe and effective use of cardio, flexibility and strength equipment.
• Facilitate group exercise classes at least twice a week.
• Achieve monthly personal‑training revenue targets.
• Collaborate with the Brand Ambassador on membership sales initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the facility.

Required profile

• Graduates of Sports Science, Physical Education or related fitness programmes.
• Passion for helping clients reach health and performance goals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Required skills

• Fitness assessment and screening.

• Proper use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment.
