Performance Test Engineer – Oracle Utilities (Remote)

About the role

Directio is seeking a Performance Test Engineer to support a U.S. client in the energy and utilities sector. The role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of Oracle Utilities applications through comprehensive testing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute integration, stress, load, regression, and performance test cases and scripts.
• Coordinate test case creation, ensure proper coverage, and track progress and key performance metrics.
• Perform automated load testing across multiple messaging protocols and report defects using standard tracking tools.
• Mentor team members and communicate test results to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience as a Performance Test Engineer.
• Experience with Oracle C2M or CC&B, Oracle DB, and SQL tuning.
• Familiarity with WebLogic, JVM, and batch/integration performance testing.

• Salary range 70,000 – 100,000 PHP per month.
