Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing performance‑marketing team that drives direct‑to‑consumer sales for health and wellness supplement brands. We need a hands‑on Performance Marketing Specialist to own the day‑to‑day execution and optimisation of our Google and Meta ad accounts, delivering profitable revenue measured by ROAS, CAC and contribution margin.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
• Develop and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) prospecting and retargeting campaigns, coordinating creative testing.
• Manage product feeds in Google Merchant Center, troubleshoot disapprovals common to the supplement category.
• Perform daily optimisation of budgets, bids, audiences, placements, negative keywords and campaign structure.
• Set up and QA conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel/CAPI, Google Ads tags) and flag any discrepancies.
• Plan, brief and evaluate creative tests, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Report weekly on spend, ROAS, CAC and key performance metrics with clear insights.
• Ensure compliance with Google and Meta ad policies for health‑related claims.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for e‑commerce brands (agency or in‑house).
• Proven track record of scaling DTC e‑commerce accounts profitably.
• Strong written English for clear asynchronous updates and reporting.
• Reliable computer, internet connection and a professional remote‑work setup.
