About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable part‑time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers at our Greenhills office in San Juan. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or working students who can commit to at least six hours per day.

Key responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery and materials.
Provide accurate information to visitors and callers in person, by phone, or via email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Coordinate building activities and respond to guest inquiries.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Required profile

Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Fresh graduates or working students (minimum 6 hours availability).
Willingness to work on‑site in Greenhills, San Juan.
