Part‑time General Practitioner (Medical Doctor)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time General Practitioner to join our clinic and provide high‑quality medical care to employees and the community. The role involves delivering comprehensive primary‑care services, occupational health surveillance, and supporting public‑health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Work eight (8) hours per day, Monday to Friday, providing consultations, diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Perform thorough physical examinations and order appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
• Lead occupational health programs, including health surveillance, vaccinations, and management of chronic lifestyle diseases and public‑health threats such as COVID‑19.
• Conduct post‑APE discussions, act as PEME/APE evaluator when needed, and participate in quality‑improvement and root‑cause analysis sessions.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay current with medical advancements and best practices in primary care and occupational medicine.

Required profile

• Medical degree and a valid Philippine medical license.
• Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Current Basic Life Support certification and a basic course in Occupational Medicine.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support training is an advantage.
• Strong clinical judgment and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
