Partner Onboarding Operations Manager

About the role

The Partner Onboarding Operations Manager will own and scale the end‑to‑end onboarding experience for Maya’s commercial and business partners, ensuring a fast, compliant, and seamless process in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding, provisioning, and off‑boarding lifecycle for all commercial and business partners.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/KYB, AML, and other regulatory requirements while managing operational risks.
• Monitor service level agreements, improve turnaround times, and maintain high accuracy across processes.
• Design and continuously improve scalable onboarding operations to support growth and new product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Product, Technology, Finance, Customer Success, Credit Operations, and CPM teams.
• Track and analyse operational metrics to generate insights and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead user acceptance testing, pilot launches, and adoption of new tools, platforms, and automation initiatives.
• Champion a partner‑first mindset to drive long‑term satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Partner Onboarding team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Participate in strategic planning to align onboarding operations with company objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field.
• Extensive operations experience in fintech or a financial institution, preferably with partner onboarding, deposit account opening, or account provisioning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Comfort working with numbers and producing accurate operational reports.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with minimal supervision.
• High adaptability, flexibility, and a continuous‑improvement mindset.
