Paid Media Strategist

About the role

EyeCarePro is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to lead data‑driven social media campaigns for eye‑care practices. You will design, launch, and optimise both organic and paid initiatives across major platforms, helping clients attract patients and grow their brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on audience growth, engagement, brand awareness, patient acquisition and lead generation.
• Manage organic and paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X (Twitter), including content calendar creation.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid social ads using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other platforms.
• Allocate budgets, set bidding strategies and track KPIs such as reach, impressions, CTR, CPL, conversion rates and ROAS.
• Conduct A/B testing on creative assets, copy, targeting and landing pages to improve performance.
• Ensure all content complies with healthcare marketing best practices and client brand guidelines.
• Analyse campaign data, provide actionable recommendations and keep up‑to‑date with platform trends and algorithm changes.
