Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Swan Studio, a leading paid social creative agency in Australia, is looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join its performance team. You will work closely with the Head of Paid Media, managing Meta, TikTok, Google and Bing campaigns across multiple markets while driving optimisation and creative insight.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok for various markets.
• Manage paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, including keyword strategy, ad copy, bidding and optimisation.
• Conduct deep creative analysis to surface top‑performing formats, hooks and angles, and share insights with the creative team.
• Monitor daily budgets, pacing and performance metrics to ensure spend efficiency.
• Analyse funnel performance across audiences and geographies to identify scaling opportunities.
• Develop scalable campaign structures for new product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Implement audience segmentation (cold, warm, remarketing, lookalikes, broad) and test new targeting methods.
• Lead split‑testing experiments on creatives, placements, landing pages and bidding strategies.
• Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and apply corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Report on CPA, ROAS, MER, LTV and overall revenue contribution.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or equivalents) for data analysis, reporting and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a media buying or paid media role.
• Proven track record managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly.
• Experience providing structured feedback to creative teams.
