About the role

As a PAC Consultant you will be the primary point of contact for consumers, helping them understand their credit reports, privacy rights and related regulations while ensuring a smooth, compliant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage consumer enquiries through calls and case handling, aiming for first‑time resolution and meeting regulatory obligations.
• Educate consumers on privacy legislation, credit‑report updates and bureau processes.
• Support internal and external stakeholders by providing timely information and maintaining strong relationships.
• Perform administrative tasks such as processing report requests, amendments and liaising with third‑party agencies.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with strong listening and empathy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interactions.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving capabilities to resolve complex enquiries.
• Adaptable and proactive, able to suggest process improvements.
• Team‑oriented yet capable of working independently.
