Required profile
- Active Medical Coding Certification (CPC, COC, CCS and/or CCS-P)
- At least 2+ years of outpatient (SDS and/or ED - E/M) coding experience
- Nice to have: Charge Capture/Charge Audit, OP QA or Auditor experience
- Nice to have: Medical allied, non-medical allied course graduate, associate degree holder or PHRN holder
- Nice to have: Experience in any EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner and Meditech
- Nice to have: Prior experience as a nurse coder or clinical background in an ED or urgent care setting
