Outbound Sales Call Center Representative

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join Pelicen Inc.’s call‑center team. You will contact pre‑qualified leads who have opted‑in to learn about our forex trading education programmes and help them understand how our technology solutions can generate additional income.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100‑150 outbound calls per day to potential and existing customers.
• Present product and service information, answer questions and overcome objections.
• Document customer details, payment methods and feedback in the CRM.
• Negotiate and close sales, creating new customer accounts.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales quotas and contribute to team targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in outbound sales or customer‑service roles.
• Self‑motivated, coachable and able to work independently.
• Strong telephone etiquette and ability to handle rejections.
• Available to work onsite Monday‑Friday, 12:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Sales CRM tools.
