Outbound Sales Associate – Seller Assist (Hybrid, Morning Shift)

About the role

The Seller Assist – Outbound Sales Associate partners with real‑estate agents and broker customers to turn leads into booked appointments and ultimately settled home‑loan outcomes. Working in a high‑activity, phone‑based environment, you will learn the home‑loan and vendor journey while building a foundation for a career in mortgage broking, real estate, finance or fintech.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound Australian leads from broker referrals, website enquiries, cold outreach and partner networks.
• Qualify, nurture and convert leads into appointments with Seller Assist Customer Service Managers.
• Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand customers’ selling and lending needs (refinance, purchase, equity release).
• Clearly articulate the value of Seller Assist and the broker network to drive appointment bookings.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with prospects throughout the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and comfort with high‑volume phone outreach.
• Interest in mortgage, real‑estate, finance or fintech sectors.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of home‑loan processes and vendor journeys.
• Motivation to achieve high appointment and conversion performance.
