OTT Associate – Fixed Term

About the role

PwC is looking for an OTT Associate on a fixed‑term basis to join its Information Technology Operations team in Pasig. You will help maintain and improve the firm’s technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth and secure delivery of IT services to internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Provide front‑line technical assistance (L2‑L4 support) across multiple channels.
• Implement and maintain security measures and IT infrastructure upgrades.
• Manage incidents from identification through resolution, following established processes.
• Support IT operations, including project lifecycle activities and operational management.
