OSH Nurse

About the role

The OSH Nurse ensures compliance with Philippine occupational health regulations while leading workplace health, HMO administration, and employee wellness initiatives. This position supports both on‑site and remote staff, partnering with HR to promote health, productivity, and cost‑effective care.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain DOLE‑compliant clinic operations and provide first‑aid and emergency care.
• Monitor workplace injuries, manage OSH Committee reporting, and coordinate pre‑employment and APE medical exams.
• Provide on‑site clinical care, telehealth guidance, and manage return‑to‑work and fitness‑to‑work clearances.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments for office and home workstations.
• Serve as liaison with HMO provider, handle enrollments, LOA processing, and claims support.
• Audit billing, monitor utilization trends, and deliver quarterly reports.
• Develop and implement annual wellness programs, including mental‑health and lifestyle disease initiatives.
• Track sick‑leave trends, recommend preventive strategies, and deliver health trainings such as First Aid and infection control.

Required profile

• BS Nursing degree with an active PRC nursing license.
• BOSH certification (required).
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong reporting and facilitation abilities.
• Good English communication skills.
