Order to Cash Analyst - Spanish Speaker

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a bilingual Order to Cash (OTC) Analyst who speaks Spanish to join its finance team. The analyst will support client‑facing processes across the order‑to‑cash cycle, ensuring accurate data handling and timely execution of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer master‑data, credit checks, billing, invoicing, and document validation.
• Process customer orders, verify pricing, discounts, and contract terms, and coordinate with internal teams for fulfillment.
• Apply cash, collect payments, and resolve disputes according to established procedures.
• Maintain compliance with SLAs and OLAs, and communicate any order discrepancies to clients for revalidation.
• Collaborate with client personnel and internal stakeholders to meet business goals.
