About the role
We are seeking a detail‑driven Order Processing Specialist to manage retail customer orders across our US and Australian operations. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will use NetSuite to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders in NetSuite.
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouses in California and Sydney.
- Handle orders for major US and Australian retail customers.
- Review order details, quantities, pricing, shipping information, and delivery requirements.
- Monitor orders from entry through fulfillment and shipment.
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, inventory, and operations teams.
- Troubleshoot order discrepancies, delays, and fulfillment issues.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Ensure retailer‑specific requirements and deadlines are met.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Experience processing sales orders in a ERP system.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with NetSuite, preferably including sales order processing.
