Oracle Utilities QA & Performance Engineer (C2M / CC&B / MDM)

About the role

We are seeking an Oracle Utilities QA & Performance Engineer to join a global IT outsourcing firm supporting a U.S.-based client in the energy and utilities sector. The role is fully remote and focuses on ensuring the quality and performance of Oracle Utilities applications, including C2M, CC&B, and MDM.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute functional and performance test plans for Oracle Utilities C2M, CC&B and MDM solutions.
• Identify, log and track defects, working closely with development and business teams to drive resolution.
• Analyze test results, generate reports and provide recommendations for performance improvements.
• Maintain test environments and test data, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support large‑scale transformation projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in QA and performance testing of enterprise applications.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Utilities suite (C2M, CC&B, MDM).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
