Oracle Finance Transformation Associate

About the role

PwC is seeking an Oracle Finance Transformation Associate to join its Finance Consulting practice in Makati. In this role you will work closely with CEOs, CFOs, controllers and treasurers to optimise finance function structures, improve controls and deliver actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior finance leaders to design and implement finance transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for back‑office efficiency, control standards and business insight.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback and share knowledge within the team.
• Handle, manipulate and analyse financial data responsibly while adhering to risk‑management and compliance procedures.
• Stay current with developments in finance transformation and related regulations.
• Communicate findings clearly in both verbal presentations and written materials.
• Build and maintain internal and external networks across PwC’s global firm.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.
